Why choose this cuvee? Ratafia is the product of a blend of grape musts (Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir) selected after pressing, without filtration, and eau de vie de marc (pomace brandy). Ratafia is 18° Vol. Its’ ageing in oak barrels gives it its dark amber shade and a very expressive nose in perfect harmony with its taste abundant with sweetness and the flavours of pomace, citrus peel and dried and candied fruit.

When to savour this champagne : To be enjoyed extremely chilled as an aperitif, it also goes well with foie gras, melon, blue-veined cheese, chocolate desserts and so on.
